1. About these Terms & the operator
Traclie (the "Service", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Bonus Kingdom Pty Ltd (ABN 77 661 574 545, ACN 661 574 545), a licensed Victorian wagering and betting operator regulated by the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC). Our principal place of business is Office 2898 G, 470 St Kilda Road, MELBOURNE VIC 3004.
By opening an account, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any product- or promotion-specific rules referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We aim to present all material terms — including odds, fees, payouts, bonus conditions and any restrictions — clearly and before you commit. We do not rely on hidden, misleading or omitted terms. Where a specific product, market or promotion has its own conditions, those conditions are made available to you before you opt in or bet.
2. Eligibility & account registration
- You must be 18 years of age or over. It is an offence to gamble if you are under 18.
- You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where wagering with us is lawful. The Service is intended for residents of Victoria, Australia.
- You may hold only one account. Accounts are personal, non-transferable, and must be registered in your own true and current details.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account.
- Before we open an account, and on an ongoing basis, we check the BetStop National Self-Exclusion Register, established under the Interactive Gambling Amendment (National Self-exclusion Register) Act 2019 (Cth). We cannot open or maintain an account for anyone currently registered with BetStop.
3. Identity verification (KYC)
We are legally required to verify your identity under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth). We may request government-issued identification and proof of address or source of funds at any time. We must verify your identity before your first withdrawal. We may suspend account activity until verification is complete.
4. Deposits, withdrawals & fees
- Debit cards and bank transfers only. In line with Australian law, we do not accept credit cards or credit-linked payment methods for gambling.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are shown at the time of the transaction.
- We do not charge a fee to deposit or withdraw, and there are no hidden charges applied by us. Your bank or payment provider may charge fees outside our control; any such fees are disclosed by that provider, not us.
- Withdrawals are paid to a verified account in your name. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 1–5 business days, after which your bank may take additional time to credit the funds. Any delay caused by identity or source-of-funds checks will be communicated to you.
- We do not pay interest on account balances. Inactive-account handling is described in section 9.
5. Placing bets & bet acceptance
- A bet is only accepted once it appears as confirmed in your account. Submitting a bet is an offer that we may accept or reject.
- Displayed prices (odds) may change at any time before a bet is accepted, including due to errors. We are not obliged to accept a bet at an obviously incorrect ("palpable error") price and may void such bets and refund the stake.
- You can only bet with cleared funds available in your account. We do not offer credit or lending.
- We may set or vary maximum bet and payout limits for any market, customer or account.
- Traclie operates under race-fields agreements with the relevant Australian principal racing authorities, and cooperates with Sport Integrity Australia, racing controlling bodies and the sports' integrity units. See our Integrity & Anti-Match-Fixing policy.
6. Settlement, results & voids
- Bets are settled according to the published rules for each market and sport, including rules for dead-heats, abandoned or postponed events, late scratchings, and deductions.
- Where an event does not take place within the stated period, or a market is rendered void under the applicable rules, the relevant bet is void and the stake refunded.
- If an error occurs in settlement, we may re-settle the bet correctly. If we have paid out in error, you agree to repay or allow us to recover the amount overpaid.
- The result used for settlement is the official result of the relevant governing body, subject to the market rules.
7. Promotions & inducements
- In line with Victorian law, Traclie does not offer or advertise inducements to Victorian customers — including sign-up bonuses, bonus bets, money-back specials, deposit matches, odds "boosts" or refer-a-friend rewards. See our Promotions & Inducements Policy.
- If we ever run a promotion that is lawful in your jurisdiction, its full material terms — eligibility, value, any wagering requirement, minimum odds, expiry and exclusions — will be published with the offer before you can take part, so nothing material is hidden.
- Any such promotion would not be available to self-excluded customers or anyone registered with BetStop, and we may withhold a benefit obtained through abuse, fraud or breach of these Terms.
8. Responsible gambling
Gambling involves risk. You may lose money and there is no guarantee of winning. You can set deposit limits, take a break or self-exclude at any time — see our Responsible Gambling, Deposit Limits and Self-Exclusion pages. Free, confidential support is available 24/7 from Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858 and via BetStop.
9. Acceptable use & account closure
- You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, money laundering, collusion, cheating, use of prohibited software/bots, or on behalf of any third party.
- We may suspend, restrict or close an account, and withhold funds where lawfully permitted, where we reasonably suspect fraud, a breach of these Terms, or a legal/regulatory obligation requires it.
- You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We will return any genuine, verified balance, subject to checks required by law.
10. Liability & disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including interruptions to the Service, data feeds, or third-party providers.
11. Complaints & dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, please follow the steps on our Complaints page. If we cannot resolve it to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to the independent dispute-resolution body and the regulator identified on that page.
12. Governing law & changes to these Terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always published here with its "last updated" date. Material changes will be notified to you where required. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
