Answers to common questions. Still stuck? Contact us.
How do I deposit?
Fund your account by debit card or bank transfer only. We do not accept credit cards. Deposits are subject to identity and source-of-funds checks under Australian law.
How do withdrawals work?
You can request a withdrawal to a verified bank account at any time. We must verify your identity before your first withdrawal, in line with our AML/CTF obligations. Standard withdrawals are processed within the timeframe stated in our Terms.
What are the betting rules?
Each market is governed by the rules in our Terms & Conditions, including how results, dead-heats, late scratchings and voided events are settled. Prices can change before an event starts.
How do I set a deposit limit?
Go to My Account → Stay in control, or visit the Deposit Limits page. Decreases take effect immediately. Increases — and removal of a deposit limit — are subject to a seven-day cool-off period before they apply. After the cool-off, you are asked to re-confirm the new figure before it takes effect.
How do I take a break or self-exclude?
You can take a short break or self-exclude for a longer period from the Self-Exclusion page. You can also register with BetStop, the national self-exclusion register, to exclude from all licensed Australian operators.
Is my money and data safe?
Customer funds and personal data are handled in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian law. We never sell your personal information.
- Methods: debit card or bank transfer (EFT/PayID) only. We do not accept credit cards, as required for online wagering in Australia.
- Processing times: deposits are credited promptly; withdrawals are paid to your verified bank account within the timeframe set out in our Terms & Conditions, once verification is complete.
- Limits: you can set your own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits at any time. Minimum deposit amounts and any withdrawal thresholds are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
- Identity & verification (KYC): we verify your identity and may request source-of-funds information under the AML/CTF Act 2006 (Cth) before withdrawals are released. See AML/CTF & KYC.
You can close your account at any time from My Account or via our Contact page. Any remaining verified balance is returned to your original payment source, and pending bets are settled if the event has taken place or voided if it has not. Inactive (dormant) accounts are handled under our policy. For full details — including dormancy and how balances are returned — see Account closure & withdrawals.
