Responsible Gambling
Gambling should be fun, not a way to make money. At Traclie we are committed to minimising gambling-related harm and complying with the National Consumer Protection Framework and our obligations as a VGCCC-licensed operator.
Betting outcomes are based on chance. There is no system, strategy or product that guarantees a win, and over time most people lose more than they win. Never bet to recover losses, to make money, or with funds you cannot afford to lose.
Our commitments
- Wagering services are restricted to verified account holders aged 18 or older.
- We do not accept credit cards for gambling.
- We display consistent responsible-gambling messaging and the mandated taglines.
- We provide self-service tools to help you stay in control.
- We act on signs of potential harm and never knowingly target vulnerable people.
Tools to stay in control
Deposit limits
Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Decreases take effect immediately. Increases — and removal of a deposit limit — are subject to a seven-day cool-off period before they apply. After the cool-off, you are asked to re-confirm the new figure before it takes effect. See Deposit Limits.
Take a break & self-exclude
Pause your account for a set period, or self-exclude for a longer term. You can also register with BetStop — the National Self-Exclusion Register, which excludes you from all licensed Australian wagering operators. See Self-Exclusion.
Reality checks & activity statements
You can view your betting activity at any time and request an activity statement to help you keep track.
Know the signs
- Spending more time or money than you intended.
- Chasing losses or betting to escape stress.
- Borrowing money, or hiding your gambling from others.
- Gambling affecting your work, study or relationships.
