This policy explains our position on promotions, bonuses and inducements for customers in Victoria.
No inducements
Under Victorian law, a wagering operator must not publish, broadcast or otherwise communicate an inducement to open a betting account, to gamble, or to refer another person. Consistent with that law and with our commitment to safer gambling, Traclie does not offer or advertise to Victorian customers:
- sign-up, welcome or first-deposit bonuses;
- bonus bets, free bets or "money-back" specials;
- deposit matches or cashback;
- odds "boosts" offered as an inducement;
- refer-a-friend or similar referral rewards.
What we offer instead
We offer fair fixed-odds markets on sport and racing, transparent prices, and responsible-gambling tools. We would rather you bet within your means than chase a bonus. See Responsible Gambling and Deposit Limits.
If this ever changes
If we introduce any promotion that is lawful in your jurisdiction, its full material terms — eligibility, value, any wagering requirement, minimum odds, expiry and exclusions — will be published with the offer before you can take part, so nothing material is hidden. Promotions would never be available to self-excluded customers or anyone registered with BetStop.
