Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). It should be read together with our Cookie Policy.

4. Legal bases & consent
We collect and use your information to provide the services you request, to comply with our legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in operating a safe and lawful wagering service. Marketing communications are sent only where permitted and you can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
How we obtain and manage consent: consent for optional cookies and analytics is collected through our cookie banner the first time you visit, and can be changed at any time (see our Cookie Policy). Marketing consent is recorded when you opt in and can be withdrawn from any message or via My Account. Strictly necessary processing required to run your account and meet our legal obligations does not rely on consent and cannot be switched off while you hold an account.
5. Who we share it with
We disclose personal information only where necessary, to the following categories of recipients:
- Regulators & government agencies — AUSTRAC, the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC), and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
- Racing controlling bodies and Sport Integrity Australia — for integrity and race-fields purposes.
- Law-enforcement agencies — where required or authorised by law.
- Payment processors and our identity-verification (KYC) provider — to process transactions and verify your identity and age.
- Cloud, hosting and IT service providers acting on our behalf under contract.
- BetStop and the Department of Social Services (DSS) — for National Self-Exclusion Register checks.
- Our independent external dispute-resolution provider, where you raise a dispute, and our professional advisers and parties to a corporate transaction, under appropriate confidentiality.
We do not sell your personal information. Where data is disclosed to a provider located overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the APPs.
6. How long we keep it
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal obligations. Records required under AML/CTF and wagering law are generally kept for a minimum of seven (7) years after your last transaction or account closure, after which they are securely deleted or de-identified.
7. How we protect it & data breaches
We use technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls and staff confidentiality obligations — to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
We comply with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If an eligible data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required by law.
8. Your rights
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
- Opt out of marketing at any time — we send commercial electronic messages only with consent and include a functioning unsubscribe facility, consistent with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
- Make a privacy complaint (see below).
To exercise these rights, contact us via the Contact page. We will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
9. Children's privacy
Our services are strictly for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Age is confirmed through identity-document verification (KYC), and accounts cannot be opened or operated by minors. If we become aware that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it. The information we collect at registration, and why, is set out in the collection notice on our sign-up page.
10. Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy, where you can manage your consent.
