Integrity & Anti-Match-Fixing
Traclie is committed to protecting the integrity of sport and racing. We do not tolerate match-fixing, the manipulation of events, the misuse of inside information, or any corrupt betting activity, and we cooperate with sporting bodies and authorities to detect and prevent it.
What is prohibited
- Betting on, or attempting to influence, an event you can corruptly affect (players, officials, connections and their associates must not bet on their own sport where prohibited).
- Using or sharing inside information to gain a betting advantage.
- Match-fixing or spot-fixing of any kind.
- Placing bets on behalf of an excluded or prohibited person, or to launder funds.
What is inside information?
Inside information is information about a sport or event that is not in the public domain and that a person holds by virtue of their position — for example, team selections, injuries, tactics, the condition of a track or surface, or any other non-public fact likely to affect a market. Using such information to place or inform a bet, or passing it to someone else for that purpose, is prohibited.
