Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Traclie uses cookies and similar technologies, why we use them, and how you can manage your choices. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Privacy Policy.
Cookies and similar identifiers are treated as the collection of personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and are handled in accordance with that Act and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and SDKs. They let a site remember your actions and preferences and help us understand how the site is used.
Types of cookies we use
1. Strictly necessary (always on)
Required for the site to function — for example, keeping you logged in, remembering your bet slip, recording your age-gate and cookie choices, and security. These cannot be switched off as the Service will not work without them.
2. Analytics (optional)
Help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it, in aggregate. Set only with your consent.
3. Preference (optional)
Remember choices you make (such as display settings) to personalise your experience. Set only with your consent.
4. Marketing (optional)
Used to measure the performance of our advertising (for example, Google Ads conversion measurement). Set only with your consent.

Third-party cookies
Some optional cookies are set by third-party providers acting on our behalf — currently Google Analytics (analytics) and Google Ads (advertising conversion measurement), both operated by Google. These providers may process limited technical data as described in our Privacy Policy and Google's own privacy policy. We only enable third-party analytics, marketing or preference cookies where you have consented.
Managing your consent
Optional analytics and preference cookies are switched off by default and are not set until you give consent — no optional categories are pre-ticked. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
- When you first visit, our consent banner lets you accept all, reject optional cookies, or choose by category.
- You can change your choice at any time by clearing the traclie.cookie.consent value in your browser, which will re-display the banner.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Service from working.
Retention
Retention periods for each cookie are shown in the table above. Consent records are kept to demonstrate that valid consent was obtained, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The current version is always published here with its effective date and version above.
