Advertising & Marketing Code
Traclie advertises in a way that is responsible, accurate and compliant with Australian law and codes, including the National Consumer Protection Framework and applicable state and Commonwealth advertising rules.
Our advertising principles
- We include a consistent responsible-gambling message and the mandated taglines in our advertising.
- We never target or appeal to people under 18, and we do not advertise where the audience is predominantly minors.
- We do not portray gambling as a way to achieve financial security, success or social acceptance.
- We do not present gambling as risk-free, nor encourage chasing losses.
- Bonus and promotional terms are disclosed clearly; we avoid "free" or "risk-free" claims that could mislead.
- We do not send marketing to customers who have opted out, self-excluded, or registered with BetStop.
Inducements
Where permitted, any offer is presented with its material conditions. We do not publish or send inducements to open an account to people who have not asked to receive them, consistent with applicable law.
Marketing choices
You control the marketing you receive. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or via My Account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
